1. Bref Introduction of Dimethyl Sulphoxide (DMSO)

DMSO is a polar aprotic solvent used in chemical reactions such as the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and can also be used as a cryoprotectant vitrification agent for the preservation of cells, tissues, and organs. DMSO can be used in cell freezing media to protect cells from mechanical damage caused by ice crystals.

3.Application of Dimethyl Sulphoxide (DMSO)

3.1.  Used for the reaction medium of aromatic extraction, resin and dye, acrylic polymerization, solvent of drawing silk, etc.
3.2. Organic solvent, reaction medium and organic synthesis intermediate.
3.3. Used as analytical reagent and gas chromatographic stationary liquid, and also used as solvent in the analysis of ultraviolet spectra.
