As a food additive, dehydroacetic acid is allowed to be used in Chemicalbook cheese, butter, margarine, refreshing drinks, fermented milk and lactic acid bacteria drinks, bean paste, fillings, etc. As a food additive, sodium dehydroacetate is generally used.
